JOB TITLE: Outside Medical Sales Representative / Account Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Outside Sales Representative is the vital link between the physicians and patients we service. This is a highly visible position within the organization, offering opportunity for advancement and uncapped commissions!.
- Our Medical Sales Rep’s are responsible for developing business through extraordinary customer service! In this role you will have extensive contact with physicians and patients alike.
- Develop new business as well as manage existing accounts.
- Build relationships with physicians, their offices, and other referral sources.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience selling to physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and home health agencies.
- Some experience in medical equipment sales.
- Hard working, self-motivated, independent individuals .
- We seek common-sense individuals who have the desire to help others and contribute to the growth of our business .
- Demonstrated stable career with a track record of success in Sales. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able and comfortable presenting in small group settings.
- Must have a polished, professional presentation.
- Must be able to keep organized, accurate records on daily activities and results.
- Strong organizational skills imperative.
- Ability to manage territory sales funnel to analyze and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas.
- We are looking for compassionate people first and sales people second.
- Requires the ability to provide great service as well as to ask for business quickly.
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Time will be divided between sitting, standing, walking and up to 100% regional travel within assigned territory-generally in personal vehicle.
- Occasional lifting and loading of equipment into and out of delivery vehicles and patient homes.
JOB TITLE : Medical Billing Collector
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Phone communication with insurance companies and adjusters regarding claim underpayment/nonpayment.
- Review and audit denials and underpayments.
- Write and prepare appeal letters to resolve non-payments/underpayments.
- Minimum 1-2 years of WORKER'S COMPENSATION collections.
- Knowledge of Offical Medical Fee Schedule.
- Familiar with ICD-9, HCPCS codes.
- Knowledge of insurance submittal procedures and medical forms .
- Experience with third party payers .
- Ability to identify and communicate payer trends.
- Accounts receivable collections from payers.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Multi-task and problem solving .
- Must have confident communication in person and over the phone .
- Able to handle heavy phones .
